How to Access TLC services:
- What Services does
TLC offer?
- We offer Urgent Care services for Uninsured patients. That includes
STI/HIV testing and treatment, access to laboratory and pharmacy with
follow-up appointments. We can make referrals to specialists, radiological
services, primary care etc.

how many people arrive for their appointments. Sometimes we cannot
see all the drop-ins that arrive.
- If you are dropping in, you should arrive when the clinic opens
to increase your chances of being seen. That is 5:30pm on Thursday
evenings and 8:30am on Saturday mornings.
- What should you bring
with you to TLC?
